FSC Acquires Charlotte Shallow Bay Industrial Property
Acquisition marks official entry into thriving Charlotte market
Front Street Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of 2719 Interstate Street, a 60,038 SF shallow bay industrial building located in Charlotte’s Airport 85 Business Park. The 100% occupied building sits just off I-85 with easy access to Billy Graham Parkway, Highway 74, and Charlotte Douglas International Airport. The property will be managed by Front Street’s property management division, and the acquisition marks the third investment for Front Street Properties Fund III.
With a limited supply of new flex/industrial developments and the Airport submarket's exceptionally low vacancy rate, this acquisition represents a strategic entry point into one of the Southeast’s most dynamic markets, just down the highway from our Winston-Salem headquarters.
