Front Street Capital Announces Leadership Transitions
Front Street Capital, a leading commercial real estate development, investment, and management firm founded by Robin Team in 1984, today announced a strategic leadership transition in recognition of 40 years of company growth and continued success for the next generation. Effective July 1, 2024, Coleman Team assumed the role of President and Managing Partner, leading Front Street’s day-to-day operations and spearheading the company's strategic growth initiatives.
Coleman has been instrumental in Front Street Capital's success since joining the firm in 2018 and founding the private equity division of the company. Robin will assume the role of Chairman, where he will remain involved in the future of Front Street. He will focus on long-term strategic planning, will continue to serve on the company’s investment committee, and will provide guidance to the Board of Directors.
