Felicia Idol
ASSISTANT REAL ESTATE MANAGER
Felicia serves as an Assistant Real Estate Manager supporting the management of over 4 million square feet of industrial, medical, and office space across the Southeast. Her responsibilities include tenant satisfaction and relations, maintaining vendor contracts and relationships, and overseeing work order implementation. Felicia joined Front Street in 2023 with nearly a decade of experience in project and people management in the food service industry. Prior to that Felicia studied music at East Carolina University. Felicia and her husband Jason have two beautiful girls and two dogs Brylee, and Snoopy. On the weekends you can find Felicia on Belews lake with her family and friends. She loves beach music, shuffleboard, and spending time with her girls.
