Jonathan Starnes

Jonathan joined Front Street Capital in 2003 and in his capacity as a Partner leads the Property Management division of the firm. Jonathan is responsible for overall portfolio management from a strategic and operational perspective while ensuring goals and objectives for each asset are achieved through effective property management and tenant-facing relationship oversight. Prior to joining Front Street, Jonathan served as a project manager for Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo) where he focused on special projects including bank mergers and acquisitions, and oversaw annual budgets in excess of $65 million as a project controller. Jonathan graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a degree in Business Administration from the Cameron School of Business and has completed post-graduate programs at Wake Forest University and Cornell University.
