Alston has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry specializing in the development and project management of industrial and office assets. Alston started his development career in Newport Beach, CA with LNR Commercial Property Group where he was part of a project management team that developed a master planned 2,400-acre industrial park in the Inland Empire of California. Alston focused his efforts on the underwriting, planning, and both horizontal and vertical development of the park. After transitioning back to his North Carolina roots, he joined Carolina Investment Properties as a Project Manager and has overseen the construction of over 3.5 million square feet of office and industrial development. Alston graduated from Elon University with a degree in Business Administration.
