PRESIDENT & MANAGING PARTNER
Coleman Team is the president and managing partner at Front Street Capital, a commercial real estate development, investment, and management company headquartered in Winston-Salem, NC. He is a co-founder and general partner of the company’s private equity platform and a seasoned real estate entrepreneur who has started several enduring businesses across brokerage, development, and investment practices of commercial real estate throughout his career.
Coleman oversees all company operations, portfolio and investment management, and strategic growth opportunities. Under his leadership Front Street’s development and investment portfolio focuses on class-A, industrial, office, healthcare, and mixed-use assets across the southeastern United States.
Coleman is a graduate of the Wake Forest University School of Business and Harvard Business School’s Executive Education program for Real Estate Management.
As a resident of Winston-Salem, Coleman is deeply committed to serving the Piedmont Triad communities. He serves on the board of directors for Allegacy Federal Credit Union, Greater Winston-Salem, Inc, and Summit School, the board of visitors for Wake Forest University School of Business, and many others across the public and private sector.
Coleman, his wife, Sarah, and their two daughters, live in Winston-Salem where they enjoy time with family and friends golfing, sailing, and spending time outdoors.
